I got the pleasure of meeting the owner of this company again after 35 years and his personality was shining like it did back then differences. I’m an adult now so 35 years ago my parents just got separated and we moved into our new home in Stoney Creek a few weeks later our furnace broke. My mom was in no position to afford a new furnace the owner of this company came to our home replace the furnace and give a A lively gift that was remembered 35 years later integrity a caring heart goes a long way. The process from getting a quote, to scheduling, to completion of the job was straightforward and painless. They left our house very clean and tidy after the extensive work was completed. I'd highly recommended A-Plus Air to anyone that is looking for good value and high quality service.
Within hours of reaching out through their website, we were able to connect, discuss our issue, book a next day visit for diagnosis, and same-day fix. Bit pricey all-in, but they don't waste your time or money taking shots in the dark at your issues in isolation. Would have preferred a better cleanup of the area before they left, but it wasn't anything that took more than 3 mins to tidy up. They certainly have the expertise and professionalism they claim to have. Patient and thorough work. Would certainly recommend and use again. Wish we'd found them sooner.
Installer arrived on time. Took care to tarp his walking area. Fully explained what he was going to do. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Did the job in a clean and professional manner. Cleaned up when job was completed. Great job well done
We got our original system with APlus Air 4 years ago and continue to use them for annual service, duct cleaning and fireplace opening. Great company. The service techs are always pleasant and on time. Highly recommend APlus Air.
Today June 15th @ 3:30pm one of your drivers nearly drove me off the road at Thoroldstone Rd and Highway 58 while I visited the Niagara Region. And then proceeded to flip off obscenities. Very poor representation/teach your drivers how to properly drive, disgusting.
We've been using A-Plus air now for a couple of years and I think it will stay that way for a while. They've always been more than fair to us by providing quality installs and great customer service. Natalie is great to deal with. We're a home builder in the Niagara region and our experience with them has been great!
