Whoever was working today Dec 6. Had horrible listening and customer service skills. Went in around 3:15pm for an everything TOUCHLESS car wash. After being interrupted twice while even trying to buy the wash- because he didn’t know what I was asking for- which I brushed off I then proceed to the wash and surpriseeee-it’s a soft touch. I go back in and ask the guy for a refund. He then looks at me smiles and does a small laugh and basically tells me I’m stupid because I don’t know the difference between a soft touch and “normal” car wash I told him a “normal” car wash is actually considered a soft touch and their touchless wash is something them and not many other washes offer. Clearly he is new, which is fine, but the actual audacity of him to sit there and try to “mansplain” or tell me IM wrong because he doesn’t know what his own work sells is crazy. He needs to be written up or talked to clearly has no respect for customers and has an “I’m right and everyone is wrong complex”
Please change your automatic pay at the car wash as it does not tell you at any point to enter your pin and you cannot see it from the main screen you literally have to get out of your car and lean way down and I wouldn’t of thought so I had to call the guy to come out. Have 10 people try it but I’ve never been to this car wash and I guarantee you all 10 will have a problem.
4* is for the customer service i got from Raviraj ( hope name is right). I had trouble in car wash points redeeming from husky App. He tired his maximum to help me , Although it didn't worked. We both tired for more than 4 times and later he gave me a free wash ( Review is not because of the free wash). Hope husky can clear the trouble of using app for redeeming points
UPDATE: keep in mind, after coming to this car wash a couple times, it may or may not get your brake pads wet and cause a little bit of weird noises/braking for a little bit until the brake pads dry. I like how the car wash has its own little spin brushes for the rims.. :) The downside, it's almost $20 with tax inc but it doesn't give your car that deep wash you may be looking for. It is advertised as soft touch and It's true.
This is the best car wash I have been through. Way better than Esso or shell from my past experiences. You can choose from touchless or soft cloth as you enter the station or when you purchased a ticket. Unlike some other car washes it came out perfectly clean the first time as it should. No need to go through it a second or third time to get all the dirt :-) that’s the way it should be. Best prices for gas as well as the car wash. Get the app and you will get discounts on purchasing merchandise at the gas station.
Honestly the best experience I've ever had getting gas. Didn't even know it was full serve, and I got to sit in my car and enjoy the weather! What a nice surprise!
This review is for the Husky Station on Rymal at Upper James. It's hard to give a full 5 stars at a place where I only use self service options. So how does a gas station get 4 stars? Well, first and foremost is price. They are almost always the lowest in my area but for Costco who are in Ancaster and not as convenient. Speaking of convenience, the station is on a corner. It has an entrance on both Upper James and Rymal. There is never a wait. There's even a car touchless wash if you want. The store is teeny tiny though. It's not one of those big, bright variety stores.
