Overnight staff is rude, unprofessional and do not care to help. Felt like I was disturbing him. Prices are extremely high for everything and wrong signs everywhere. Go up the street.
This is a good gas station, in a convenient location. I would have given them five stars, but there are a few pumps where the payment fails for me. It was annoying but I am happy to avoid those pumps. The store is good and the A&W is handy. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Stopped by at this location. Clean washroom. RBC bank machine was an added bonus for customers who needed cash. The store had good inventory of all items that you might need. Customer service experience was good.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience. When I attempted to use the restroom, I had to request keys to access the facility, which was an inconvenience in itself. To make matters worse, the attendant on duty was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked for assistance. Their behavior left me feeling disrespected as a customer, which is not what I expect from a reputable establishment like Petro Canada.
BOUNCH OF THEVIES WIRK HERE beware this station is stealing your petro points when you claim to not have your card...the cashier scans one of 10 cards still in the package and claims there for anyone YEAH RIGHT! She stole my points. This has happened twice so far. Back in Dec my card was also compromised at the pump. Another time a $12.99 pack of flowers ended up on the bill but the cashier noticed that i noticed and quickly said "oh wait." before she removed it. CUSTOMERS BEWARE THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!
Touchless car wash scratched up the truck. Staff told me the manager would call me the next day to apologize and discuss next steps. took a few weeks but they gave me a refund for the carwash and a few free carwashes which I guess is a nice gesture but i threw them out. not ready to go through it again just yet.
Had an awesome experience with the staff. I was having issues with the Carwash app and they were very helpful and went out of their way to help resolve and that I'd be able to get my car washed right away.
