The pioneer gas station at King Street before you get on to the highway they are very helpful and pleasant and the gas station is always clean and prices are usually always cheaper than anyone else in the city.
Use to be one of the cheapest (especially from midnight to 5 am) but now usually one of the more expensive ones. Its can be as much as 10 cents cheaper on the hamilton mountain
Pros: -Good prices -Convenient location Cons -Massive potholes, big enough to damage your car and are left unfilled. -Slowest pumps on planet earth -Bad layout
Why don't you just install a sign that says No tab at night, insert card or pay inside so people don't have to waste time and waste time especially during winter??
Always crazy busy but the gas prices are the best in the area, I used to go to Petro Gas on Dundas for cheap gas, no longer. As a daily commuter Pioneer saves me a bundle. I can't speak to the overall quality of the gas but as with anything do research if you're concerned about long term effects of using their gas. Canada has the Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) to ensure that all gasoline sold in Canada is of a particular standard, so even cheaper grades are still going to be fine for most vehicles. However if you're driving a Bugatti or even a BMW I would imagine you would be able to afford the higher priced fuels. If I had the choice (and bank balance) I'd rather go down the electric route, but I think running an extension cord from my balcony might provoke the ire of my neighbors, so it's gasoline for the time being, and this Pioneer is where I'll be getting it whenever possible.
great place for ur gas needs! one of the cheapest areas for gas in hamilton & conveniently off the highway . the only issue would be the overcrowding that occurs.
Seldom the cheapest in town, but always the least expensive for gas in the immediate area. Expect to pay "gas station convenience store" prices but at least they have a half decent selection. So far the staff has always been friendly to me.
