It's sad to say, but based on my experience the man working 5:00am 11 Dec 2025 might not have enough natural intelligence to be employed at a gas station (morning or otherwise). I encourage thoughtful reflection re: career change. Why BUZZ your door, AS IF YOU'RE OPENING IT, if you're not actually opening it and for the FIRST TIME EVER you're expecting me to use a window?? I've been to this location 100+ times and never used the window. The man himself did not use the window to *communicate effectively* and was so busy being insulting, and making silly faces, that he forgot to credit my Petro Points. During my visit, rudeness and low intelligence were demonstrated by the worker at all times. Which, ultimately, is fine with me ... there are plenty of different gas stations around.
Always expensive and the pumps aren’t that nice. You’re better off going to the Canadian tire a few blocks further since they have the same RBC discount as Petro and they are cheaper.
Really had to use the washroom and wanted to get something to eat. The guy refused access to the washroom and said “I lost the key”. Like come on man you’re a gas station you need a washroom.
I buy something and I asked for the washroom, I went and in less than 5 minutes I gave the keys back to the guy and he took them with a piece of paper as if they were dirty. This guy was really rude. I miss the old canada where real Canadian people with good manners used to be on the counter attending. Never again
This location has a problem two week before I came to fill up the gas and when I tried to use the washroom the guy at front desk said sorry somebody have left the keys inside the washroom so you cannot go in; today again after two weeks I came to this location and ask permission from Parth the guy at front desk he said washroom is out of order. I don't understand why this location staff is making an excuses again and again; front desk person at this location are so so rude even the front counter person didn't have the restroom keys becuase his manager took off and left for home. very frustrating and disappointing. I'm just letting this location management know this is what is going on at this location.
The worst gas station of Hamilton. The employees there work with 0 ethics. Does nothing to help you and when you cannot solve the issue he gives you an attitude and tells you "okay you leave". Absolutely pathetic...
The people who work are pure evil. They absoulotely no Himanity left in them .. they are lazy, My friend fill up the Gas and purchase the item the cashier intentiontionally put the washroom as out of order.. these pure evil. Owner should see how their employees are behaving.
