I give this location a 5 star because the employees there are very pleasant and hospitable. I use the word hospitable because when I use any of the the showers I really feel the the thoughtfulness and care they have for us drivers. The wash room and showers are always fresh and clean. I can actually sit and relax a bit before shower. Thank you guys for dedication in making us feel like we're home. Props to Hamilton petro pass.
Was greeted by Ché near the counter while he was sprucing the area up. He was very helpful and personable. Got me into a shower quickly, which was much appreciated after being on the road for over 24h. It makes such a difference in a trucker’s life to meet someone like that who takes the time to be so genuinely kind. I’ll be sure to return.
Clean establishment and toilets are well maintained. Lots of food and snack options, also offer chai, which was cool! The cashier at the front was very sweet and helpful!
I originally gave this establishment a 5 star review. I had to change it to one star. There was an ownership change more than a year ago. You can tell. The place is not clean anymore. Garbage in the parking lots. Trash cans over flowing.. the inside is atrocious now. Floor is always dirty. The new owner ran the employees off who actually took pride in their job. Sadly it's just a place to park now.
Great Petro location showers readily available staff is always nice and helpful good amount of rest stop parking always great pizza and hotdogs and coffee is good too and a well stocked store.
Excellent location for entering the industrial section of Hamilton. Lots of parking, and a very clean and well maintained lot. Not like the DUMP Pertro Can/BVD in North Bay...
Last week a guy claming himself as owner was sticking notes on door handles of some trucks stating next time your truck will be towed away if you are not in your truck. He said his employees aren't paying attention, that's why he is checking trucks by himself.The thing he said he was sticking on all the trucks that did not have the driver inside. And he said from next week he will start towing. I want to make sure if it was you, who was putting notices on trucks.Thanks forResponding
I stop here for fuel and a shower 2-3 times a week. The place is clean inside and out. The staff always is nice. The smell from surrounding businesses are the best, but you get used to it
Calld askd if i could park in there lot as it is a truck stop and i usually spent well over $1000 a week for over 3 years. To park from fri to monday because as i cant deliver to Oakville till monday and get told no parking over the weeknd. Easy enough guess il by my fuel elsewhere.
Good spot for professional drivers to stop before entering through the city of hamilton. Decent amount of parking available (Although not a huge lot). Just ensure to check the store hours. Washrooms / showers are ok, maybe could use a little update. Overall worth the stop.
