Wow. Just… wow. I had a car wash subscription ticket, drove all the way here, and shocker—the car wash was closed. But don’t worry, the staff were there… doing absolutely nothing useful. When I politely asked for help, I got the professional gem of customer service: “I can’t call my owner now.” Incredible. I mean, who needs accountability or basic problem-solving skills anyway? I now have a wasted ticket, lost time, and a newfound appreciation for how low customer service can go. Congratulations to this gas station for setting a new standard in negligence and incompetence. If you enjoy being ignored, frustrated, and treated like your money is invisible, this is your paradise. Otherwise, steer clear.
This is a very nice Shell station located in Hamilton Ontario. It is clean, updated and has at least 12 pumps that sell gasoline and diesel. Car supplies, including automotive oil, windshield washer fluid, air, freshener, and other accessories are available. There’s a convenient store that sells lottery, chips, soda, snacks, and fresh sandwiches and salads. There’s also a Tim Hortons with the drive-through inside the gas station, which is perfect if you’re in the mood for coffee, tea, burritos, or pastries.
No beer. Always the most expensive gas around. pumps are old. no tap payment and no auto hold for pumping pumachine beeps excessively for no reason. always a cherry on top of a long day ❤️
Yah, this place is a dirt hole. In the summer I go here often because I have to in proximity to other interests I have in the immediate area. The Tim's sucks, the service at the gas bar sucks, the place it dirty, the washrooms are disgusting. MY question is this, "Shell customer service" replies to all of these reviews saying they will review blah blah blah, I have been going here for 7 years and ZERO has changed. I know, just don't go there, I get it but I get gas and leave. So She'll customer service, what's the deal? Do you ACTUALLY care or do you bandaid by saying to these reviews, "we'll review".
This place a joke very rude cashier charge me twice and he is telling me a glitch in the system it happened Dec 21 /2024 in the afternoon. Message to management cashier super rude he shouldn’t be working in a customer service sector.
Be careful when purchasing stuff at the counter, ALWAYS ask for your receipt, and check it!!. I have been there twice, and both times the same cashier has tried to overcharge me, 1st time was $2.00, the 2nd time was $0.85. Might not seem like a lot of money, but that adds up quick if he's doing it to more than one person.
Very rude employee Hamid, he has no clue how to respect customers. I would recommend try another gas station. I paid for ultimate carwash and soap nozzles are half blocked. He has such a poor customer service skills, does even know how to respond professionally on customer concerns. This will be escalated to shell regional manager. It has to stop and customers should get what they pay for.
