It wasted my time to drive here. The car wash was not open today even I checked Shell app first (see the photo). Never trust the app. Do NOT buy Shell car wash from the app. There are only 3 Shell gas stations participating in Hamilton. You can't have car wash in other Shell gas stations.
The guy working on 23rd November 2024 closed the pumps early . We went around 10:45 and he said its closed . Also was very rude . Worst customer service!
Claims to be a touchless car wash....but it pulls your tire through a track. So it's not touchless. The automated system hasn't been updated either or the interior/exterior. They just simply changed from cloth to touchless wash but nothing else was upgraded. There are better touchless car washes near by. Avoid this place.
The service is very bad and the car washing machine is not working properly. Id doesn’t make my car proper clean . When u asked the guy who was working there he used abused language and said do whatever you want i can’t give you rewash
The worker on duty is very rude and the car washing machine is not working properly my car is still dirty and ask for re-wash he said he it’s not his fault, the faul is mine. He also abused me
Do not buy gas here! I am religious about trying to feed my motorcycle good gas. I only used 91 here with my new motorcycle, and for some reason I would get copious amounts of carbon deposits on my exhausts. The fuel is bad and it's supposed to be nitrogen plus like it says on the button, which is supposed to reverse carbon build up. After using only this place's gas for 9000km the carbon got so bad in my engine the cylinder plus build up smacked into my spark plug. The occurance almost killed me on the hiway, I will never use this place again and will advise everyone I know to do the same.
During my last 2 visits I've had bad customer service from the clerk. 1st time was I pre payed for fuel at the pump and while the car was fueling I went in side the store to buy a lottery ticket. The clerk tried to make me pay for the gas twice and started arguing with me that it wasn't payed for. Not sure where in Hamilton where you can start pumping fuel before you pay. 2nd time was today, I did the same as above and payed at the pump and while the fuel was pumping I went inside to take money out of the cash machine. As soon as I went inside he yelled at me that you can't fuel a vehicle and walk away. This will be the last time I visit this gas station due to terrible customer service and I recommend others stay away also.
