I went to Wireless Wave at Jackson Square Mall today and Alexis helped me buy my new iPhone. I am new to this country and this was a big decision for me because I have always used Android. I was so clueless and didn’t even know if I could buy a phone or how the process worked. Alexis helped me with everything. I asked so many questions, even repeated some, and she never got annoyed. She explained everything so nicely without making me feel dumb. She was super kind and very patient. A few months ago I had gone to her for information, and today I went back and asked for her again because she is honestly the sweetest. She helped me transfer all my data from Android to iPhone and guided me through every small detail. It was almost closing time but she still made sure I was fully satisfied before I left. She didn’t rush me or show any frustration. She really cares about her customers and you can tell she loves her job. Whenever I go to Wireless Wave again, I will definitely look for Alexis. She is amazing at what she does and I’m really thankful for her help.

Had such a good experience! Kyle helped me out and honestly made the whole process super easy. He was really patient explaining my options and didn’t pressure me into anything. You can tell he actually cares about helping people find the best deal!
Took my girlfriend there to upgrade her phone things were OK when she signed up and the Store Manager said she could trade in her phone for a credit on her account. However they didn't say an instore credit which was very misleading. There was no mentioned of that during our conversation. Very disappointed, typical sales people, trying to get a quick buck commission. Definitely will not go there again!!! Stick with the actual Cell phone companies.
I am overwhelmed so blessed to have the manager Saiyam, to have have met this store. Great customer service. There are no words 10 stars. I would encourage anyone to come see them !
Saiyam's customer service is out of this world. Always goes above & beyond to help a client out wherever possible. Love the phone he got me almost 2 years ago & I keep going back. I go to Wirelesswave for the intelligent staff who care & know what they're doing. Right on. Stay cool & keep hiring capable people!
