Wow just wow god bless this young fellas parents. Ellius I believe his name was. Very helpful. I have problem seeing clearly and he made sure I was doing fine he even helped me walking out holding my hand. Definitely recommended this place and seeing this young fellas. He also made sure I got the right cellphone. 10/5 stars.
Ellius and Telus @ Limeridge was extremely helpful in securing a new phone and plan for my mother during the Christmas season. He was upfront about the pricing and breakdown of everything and it was a seamless experience all around. Would recommend.
Drive to the store following a chat with Telus reps to get sim cards that were missing for our new ported in lines. She even didn't bother to check our account and chat regarding free of charge sim cards :( May be it was late and after a busy day for retailers but still :(
I went to Telus for an upgrade and to fix some issues with my plan, and Drew was incredible. He was patient, walked me through all my options, and took the time to make sure everything was sorted properly. After a frustrating experience with customer service over the phone, he completely restored my faith in Telus.
Great experience with AJ at Telus -Limeridge Mall, Hamilton. I run a small business and wanted to change 6 lines over from Rogers where I had been for over 13 years. I was unhappy with Rogers for a number of reasons. AJ showed me all the available options with Telus with a knowledge and professionalism that was very welcomed. The migration over to Telus was painless with AJ explaining everything at all stages including the self serve features in the mobile app. I don't often write reviews but I was so impressed with AJ and Telus that I had to pass on my thanks and appreciation.

“Online only” promotions which leads to extreme delays in receiving package. Why can’t we just purchase in store with the promotion? Employee at the store not helpful and not friendly.
