Was lied to and sold an overrated plan on black Friday by one of the employee working here. They should be trained on ethics if working in a customer facing job.
My husband and I came in to inquire about changing internet providers. The two associates were very helpful and friendly. We ended up changing our phone plan as well. Very good experience I would recommend this location to everyone. The associates were knowledgeable, answered our questions and gave their recommendations on future purchases.
I’ve never had an easier experience switching phone plans and providers. I’m not very tech suavvy, and I don’t understand all the phone plans etc. all that well. The employee working at this location on September 27th at 12:51 noon , I believe her name tag said “Justice” was incredible. I know dealing with customers who don’t know anything is probably frustrating but not for this woman. She was so kind and patient and explained things that made everything very clear. All the options were very overwhelming so she narrowed it down for me based on my needs and I believe truly got me the best plan for my needs and budget. She was great at answering all of my million, probably very rhetorical to most, questions, with grace and a smile. If I ever want to switch again, I’d love to come back to this location and deal with her again. Thank you so much

Had an amazing experience today after signing with Virgin mobility at the limeridge location today. After getting some quotes yesterday, I was able to return to the mall and sign the papers after having compared with other providers, and left the store with a new phone, free gift card, and a cheaper phone bill. They even took the time to assist with a complication that occurred in the set-up process. Have to thank Billy for his help especially, as he was an exemplary employee and managed to work with me from beginning to end.
Purchased a phone to replace a broken one. Very helpful salesperson ( Jaivik? sp? ) spent considerable time helping me log into the new phone despite not being able to receive the security code on my old phone. Very appreciated!
