If you ever go here, go see Alexis! This girl is amazing at what she does and beyond helpful. Super easy to talk to, builds great rapport, and so easy to deal with compared to so so many people I’ve talked to. Myself and two other family members were upgrading our phones and from beginning to end, it was honestly headache free. This is my second time dealing with her when upgrading phones and I’ve always left so happy with her service and the products I take home. I’ll recommend her to anyone and everyone and I’ll make sure my family and I continue to go to her. I refuuuuse to deal with anyone else. Thanks again girl! You’re the best!!
it was most happier customer experience with alexis to whose i met over there i never had that much better customer service from anyone in my life as past cashier i gave good service to the customer at my store but what i learnt from alexis that was amazing . i really approach to other people to visit tbooth at jackson square and ask that sales girl alexis . she is the best at all . thank you
not satisfied I think they assume people know the majority of proper information about phone plans and billing etc, however for me I wasn't really aware as I had came in with my first phone being paid for by myself. I would've loved it they'd told me more descriptive details as to where your supposed to go to with bills (outside of the bank reference) and overall how to properly navigate a phone plan especially to young adults we don't get taught this in school so it's crucial to assume people don't know or don't know enough
