There loyalty department will never give you even close to as good of a deal as there winback department and there winback department will lie to you to get you to come back as a client 15 years of being a customer means nothing to them until you port out They will promise the plan won’t increase then they will increase it without notice just go to freedom. They’ll honour their deals.
Jacob and Tyrell were amazing!! Walked us through all our options and helped us to choose the plan that matched our needs and then did all the things necessary to mirror our old to new phones in spite of the Telus network making their lives difficult!

I had a terrible experience at the Telus Eastgate Mall location. The sales rep I interacted with was rude, abrupt, unhelpful and unprofessional. I was asking her questions politely, and I was surprised by her demeanour. She would not discuss any of my plan options or describe any of the phone’s features I was looking into purchasing. I mentioned that I thought I should leave and she said “then go then.” I was disappointed with the service and will not be returning. Because of this interaction I went to another Telus location at Mapleview Mall. I am so glad I did since the sales reps are nice, professional and provide optimal customer service.
These guys are Big Lier, i got a phone 16 pro They gave me different price($24.00/m) in store and i got more on my bill ($37.00/m) and when i came to store and store manager Mike did not gave me any solution. Worst experience!!! i will never come to this store again and will never do business with Telus. i wish i can rate Zero or Negative. don’t come to this store as they ask you some other price and after that you will different on you bill.
I just want to say I had Ellius server me he was great, he helped me out with my problem with my cell phone. When I asked to see the manager to give a good word for Ellius it turn out the manager was younger then Ellius. It is great to see such young staff in there 20's and how well they work and know there stuff. I like being served by young people because they go over the service to help you. Tells keep hiring these young people who just got out of school they are great.
Associate who helped me today was extremely kind and patient. Very thankful that the female associate was able to help me and explain the entire process to me (many times) in such a compassionate and gentle way. 5 stars.
