Great offer from President's Choice. I wasn't able to book an appointment online for the location closest to me, so I tried walking in. Sabina was helping another customer, and took a moment to acknowledge me and tell me how long to expect to wait, she offered a QR code to hold my place in queue while I shopped. Since it wasn't going to be long, I just waited. She was able to sign me up for the special offer, set up a new account, and port my number in about 20-25 minutes. She was friendly and efficient. It was a great experience.

The staff were great. Mahima was very patient and helpful with transferring 4 phone plans and activating a 5th new plan. Will be coming here whenever I need help with my cell phones.

Eli and Sanket are extremely knowledgeable with regards to plans and phone options. They found the best options for my two adult children and myself . They set up our three phones and transferred our data on the two days we were there. They also assisted us in purchasing accessories for the new phones. They did not take a break the whole time we were there. Very impressed with their work ethic and pleasant personalities. Thanks so much for all your assistance. Scott was very helpful in setting up my partner and I with new phones & plans. We let him know what phones we wanted (Pixel 8a and iPhone 16) and he looked for the cheapest plan to pair it with. Scott was also able to get us extra bonus PC points with the Black Friday sales which was great!
