Not sure if I have ever had customer service to this level before, how refreshing to see someone go above and beyond to make sure you understand and have knowledge of the products and services you are getting, Alyssa was the agent we had the pleasure dealing with, my wife and I switched over both phones and even home internet services and she walked us through everything and explained cost options and the best plans that meet our financial needs. If you require cell or home internet services do yourself a favour and go to T booth wireless Eastgate and ask for Alyssa.
Went to purchase a phone and salesman was coughing all over the place with no mask now me and my wife r both sick and I believe more people are sick cause nobody else had a mask on should take more care with people life's very shoddy I d like a response from management call the store and got no help tried to warn Mike on the phone not to bright didn't know if he was working Sunday
Brought my iPhone to get looked at as it was doing a reboot spin, was told my iPhone was irreparable and I had “motherboard issue” that could never be fixed and had to be replaced. Rep then told me it would be a 700$ replacement and tried to sell me on a new phone and plan (which seemed odd as I have a fairly new and expensive phone and never had this issue) Went on YouTube and I was able to mix my phone myself. Im now typing this review with the same phone they said could never be repaired. I’m only sorry I wasted my time and gas going to the mall to see these con artists smh. Would not recommend if your phone is broken as these people are liars and only care about making sales and not fixing your phone.

The guys who work in this store are amazing. Ali, Mo, and Stephen go out of their way to help. I had a great buying experience with Mo then i got an offer I couldn’t refuse from Kudo so I had to return the phone. On returning the phone I had a complicated situation were Kudo ported my number before I had returned the phone from Fido so there was a charge on my account for an unreturned phone and no account to return the phone to. Stephen was on the phone for hours even past their closing time trying to help me. He finally got them to open a case and process the return. I wish I could give these guys 6 stars for the best customer service. Thank you!
Absolutely amazing service from Mohammad! So helpful, knows his stuff and was incredibly personable! We actually laughed a lot during our time with him! Highly recommend having Mohammad as your Sales Associate! 5+ stars
I've always dealt with Tbooth at Eastgate. Everyone is great, steven is who I had this time. He was fantastic. He worked his magic and got me great deal . He showed me how to work my new phone, because I'm not the shiniest star in the sky when it comes to phones. Lol thank you Steve, I'll be back
