I visited the Koodo kiosk at Limeridge mall with my mom, who is a senior and she needed an updated phone and plan. AJ S. was very helpful, very knowledgeable and supper friendly. Also patient which is needed when working with seniors. Recommend visiting this location for great service.
Terrible service. I have been with Koodo for over 10 years and staff are usually very helpful when I go them. This was my first visit at the limeridge mall kiosk and it was horrible. I asked the associate for help understanding a text I got from Koodo. He said he would have to charge me for help since he is based on commission. He continued to roll his eyes with coworkers as I was trying to get information to help better understand the offer that was texted to me. He was very unapproachable from the time I arrived at the kiosk. I walked away with no answer to my question.
Excellent customer service from Aj. Went above and beyond to help with an issue I had. This location has always been extremely helpful through the years.
I had a really love experience with the staff there about a week ago. Had a little trouble finding the location and ended up at wow mobile both who lied to me and said there was no koodo both and gave me a very bad deal. But when I talked to the koodo both they helped me undo the bad deal I got from wow and get the one I wanted, talked me through all the steps of the contract and answered all my questions. They helped me build a package that was right for me and I really appreciate it. I'm very sorry I can't remember that staff members who helped me as I'd love to give him props for all he did!!!!

Was supportive kind and the duo were the most outstanding team I have met as a business woman I and in awe of their skill and advocacy behind the desk. Spoke to the service rep at the Kudo store, and he was helpful, knowledgeable and new his business. I was able to resolve a phone question I had had for a little bit. He was able to validate certain concerns I had about a phone I had, as well as my old phone.
