Worst service ever, never will I ever step into this store again, or use any Bell/Virgin product or service again. He went out of his way to do nothing!!!!!! 2 other staff members were in the store and could hear the situation and neither of them stepped in to offer any suggestions or solution. One star as it would not allow me to give none.

Got new phones, more data, lower monthly bill and excellent service from Shadi. Highly recommended visiting him at Limeridge Mall, if you want to improve your service, hardware and monthly bill!

The “boys” here are AWESOME!! Pinal and Shadi tolerated my lack of knowledge so patiently. I learned quickly and became a iPhone tech all in one appointment!! (I wish). Seriously, best customer service you can get!!!!!

Pinal provided the best service! He saw we were frustrated and took matters into his own hands - unbelievably happy with our experience! He was extremely helpful and understanding when dealing with our situation, we will be back again :)
