Rumi is amazing, he is very helpful and kind. He always have smile and very friendly. Rumi is a great example of a good customer service. Keep up a great job Rumi !!!!
I tried to cancel my no but chatting customer service was no help. However I called the booth and they were very helpful and cancelled my account. Much appreciated.
If you go to this Chatr Kiosk make sure you are Dan’s friend and are standing in an imaginary line which may be somewhere around the Kiosk or may be at the entrance of the mall who knows there isn’t a marker or anything or just keep moving around the whole Kiosk so that Dan can see you or you will be waiting there for may be god knows how long. The guy behind the counter( Dan, the brown guy with long earrings)is quite arrogant and definitely needs a basic customer service training. Waited patiently behind 2 customers being attended . However, after they left, instead of addressing me who I am definitely sure he saw as I was right around the two earlier customer, this guy's friend who came after me but was in his line of sight and he started attending to him while talking in their language, this continued for a good 5-10 mins and after his buddy left, When I told Him I came before his buddy, Dan replied" you have to stand in front of me in a line". I lost it at this point and decided to just walk away, even then this guy didn't bother to atleast apologize or say he made a mistake. It really appears that you folks dont really care about business and customer care/ service at your kiosk. Shame! I wanted to get details for a purchase.
My review is about Chatr as a whole, not this particular location. I’ve been a customer for years now, paying 50 bux for service and 8gb of data. I usually have to buy at least 2 data passes, for 10 bux each. That’s 70 bux for 12gb of data. Just found out I could have been getting 125gb for the same price. I feel ripped off, no rebate or anything was offered. What a scam
