Vanessa and Travis were incredibly helpful, professional, and polite throughout the entire process. The service was top-notch, and I was impressed with how well everything was communicated from start to finish. They took the time to listen, explain each step clearly, and were always ready to assist with a smile. The quality of the repairs was outstanding my car looks brand new! A big thank you to the entire team (even those I didn’t get to meet) who worked on the car. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
People there were fantastic, I dealt with a lady called Becca and she went out of her way to help me. Great service and I hope I don't need them again but if I do I,ll be going back there.
Very polite, efficient and easy to work with. They had my vehicle back to me in an extremely timely manner and send you off with a guarantee as long as you own the vehicle.
When I brought it in for service and they told me to pick up my vehicle I said I was on my way. Then they all left early. You can’t just leave early when you know someone is on their way….I paid 40$ for an Uber to get there. I can prove that I was there on time because of my Uber stamps. I understand that it was Friday and people want to leave early but at least let someone know if you know they are on their way. Tried calling multiple times, no answer. I am now left stranded and out over 100$ for Uber rides.
I had the misfortune of entrusting my car to the worst and most careless body shop in the city. Shockingly, not only did they fail to property repair my car, but they also allowed it to be broken into, resulting in the theft of crucial parts including the hood, headlights, battery, and front bumper. What's even more concerning is that the body shop did nothing to address the situation; they didnt even report the theft to the police. The only communication I received was an early morning call informing me that my car had been stolen, and that's the extent of their response. When I returned to the body shop to speak with the manager about the theft and the damage to my car, I was met with an astonishing response. The manager simply stated, "t's your car, it's all yours, your responsibility, not ours." This complete lack of accountability and responsibility on their part left me deeply frustrated and disappointed.
Amazing customer service from John and the team. They have done a fantastic job repairing the damage caused to be vehicle. Hopefully I don’t ever see them again but if have to, I know I’m in safe hands.
