Ordered the steak and fries and it was great. What stood out the most though was the service. My waitress was amazing. Genuinely friendly and caring. Such a classy and professional atmosphere.
This is a lovely restaurant. We came here for lunch and enjoyed everything we ordered. The service was attentive and professional, and the food and drinks we had were good. The design and aesthetic of the space is beautiful, and the ambiance is relaxing. We will definitely return here sometime for dinner.
This was our second visit to the French - we previously had their brunch but decided to stop in for dinner after a movie.We've always had great experiences at this establishment. The restaurant itself is so beautiful and very reminiscent of the restaurants we've seen in Paris - albeit much more of a modern take. My husband got the lamb burger and I got the daily special - the halibut. It was so incredibly good tasting and beautifully presented. I had to take home the left overs to ensure I could enjoy it one more time.We can't wait to go back.
Amazing restaurant!!! Food was fabulous!!! Service was great. Great ambiance!! Chef Lucas was so professional and the Manager Noelly came over to see if everything was to our satisfactory. Our server Hannah was an absolute pleasure and took care of our every need. THIS IS A MUST if your in the Hamilton area. This is the best experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Want to go every night and experience every mouth watering dish.
The French has excellent appetizers. We were in a rush, waiting for another restaurant. We happened by chance to see this place nearby and decided to grab something to eat. We were seated at the bar, close to where the kitchen was. We saw them prepare delicious looking food. We chose the soughdour bread with warm olives. It was exceptional! We ate everything, very quickly. We then asked for the bill, which our server quickly delivered. This is a great place for anyone looking for a romantic night out, or with a group of friends.
