Big Fat Chicken — 1★ Do not eat here. This was one of the most poorly managed food service experiences I’ve ever had. The entire operation was left to a brand-new, untrained employee who was expected to run both the restaurant and the connected gas station completely alone. There was no manager or supervisor on site, which is completely unacceptable. If management cannot properly train or supervise new hires, this location should be closed, not left open at the expense of customers. We waited over 30 minutes only to be given the wrong order. After pointing this out, the employee told us to keep the incorrect food while he remade the order. However, once the new food was finally ready, he then asked for the old food back, even though we had already touched it — which is not only unhygienic but caused yet another unnecessary argument and delay. At that point, the situation had become completely disorganized and uncomfortable. The problems didn’t stop there. The employee was playing his own loud music instead of store music and was handling food with bare hands without washing them, which is a serious health and safety concern that should not be happening in any food establishment. All we ordered was a simple 5-piece chicken tender meal. We had the same meal just a week ago when experienced staff were working, and the food was excellent. That makes this experience even more frustrating — this business clearly can produce great food, but terrible management, lack of training, and zero supervision are destroying its reputation. This location is being actively harmed by poor leadership, inadequate training, and a disregard for basic food safety standards. Until those issues are addressed, I strongly recommend avoiding this place entirely.
I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but the food here was unbelievably bad. What I got was cold, stale, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The texture was off, and the flavors were completely flat — nothing tasted fresh or properly cooked. To make things worse, one of the packaged items had an expired date on it. That’s just unacceptable. Serving expired food isn’t just lazy — it’s dangerous. Overall, the entire meal was a waste. I took a few bites and threw the rest out. I won’t be ordering from here again
The nice lady gave me an extra piece of chicken with my 2 piece meal. The man was also very nice. Food was excellent (will definitely be going back). Overall 5/5 stars!
The food was awful. It was like it had been soaked in warm grease until it was soggy. Chicken is a bad attempt to duplicate the KFC crust. I actually had to wash the grease off of the can of coke. $26 bucks worth of green cart materials. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
Zero stars. We ordered a 10 piece meal for the first time. No white meat in the whole box. Chicken as no flavour and cooked in what tastes like old oil. And very greasy. KFC is better. Won’t be going back.
You guys charge for a Medium pizza and give out a small pizza - this is dishonest . Then you will charge for a Large pizza and give out a Medium. You got the measurements wrong ladies.
I eat here quite often as it is close to my work. Me and 3 co workers went there today got a slice of pizza and it was good for quick food but the dip was rotten … all 5 of the dips we got were rotten and not expired so that means something is wrong with how they are being stored. One of us went back in to say something she didn’t even say sorry or anything didn’t seem worried STILL SOLD MORE OF THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE KNOWING THEY WERE ALL BAD. She is super friendly but girl you can’t be selling rotten garlic dip. Another co worker of mine told me she went there the week prior and had a picture on her phone she had taken of her dip that had gone bad the week prior. Normally love the pizza here but knowing the dip went bad that early I don’t think I’ll be back because it’s more than likely more then one thing isnt being stored correctly
