At first I thought i was mistakenly given the meat burger instead of the veggie, i called the store and i sent them the pic and they clarified that the burger is veggie and what its made off. Great customer service. I loved it
I always go here when I do my morning shopping but not anymore . Manager is rude along with employees so I’m never going here again this place is on my not to go list.
Some of the staff are rude and then there are staff that call in for the stupid things like oh I can't come to work because I am on my period or someone else calls in for an other employee or the food is very salty and some employees don't wear gloves or hairnets I don't think that some of the people who work there should be in the food industry maybe they should get a better job and not to complain about it to the costmers also if the web site says that they are open at a certain time then they should be open for deliverys and for the people who have to go to work at a certain time
While patiently waiting in line for half my lunch break, I went to the counter and brought up a coupon to use on my phone, it was loading but in less than a minute the cashier told me to step aside in a rude manner. Now I can understand if I was there for a few minutes but I was only there a few seconds. Also maybe the cashier could use the word "please" instead of being dismissive... that would be nice....
I can not get over the fact the only time the toppings are fresh is first thing I the morning otherwise tomato's look absolutely disgusting and seriously I think the lady that's the manager calls you sweety honey and so on if I did that as a male I would be repremanded as soon as I see her I leave I'm not your honey and that's disrespectful to people we are people not your best friends worst bq only successful because it offers fair deals to us
My cup holder on my electric chair came off. I found it but my soda spilled everywhere outside I went back inside and staff happily refilled my soda for me. They were very busy but worked at a great pass giving nice fresh hot food. My Wooper meal was well worth it. I'll be back and recommend this location in the future.
Recent update of Jackson Square food court location...... got a whopper meal here recently ,16 bucks, and it was bad...thin burger, bad tasting white sauce, last time ill eat here. Fast food, its ok but don't expect an exceptional meal. Quick easy, cheap.
