Rude drive through employees. After confirming multiple times that there is no mayo on a sandwich (they kept asking me to confirm) the Sandwhich came with JUST mayo, and extra at that.
I ordered a whopper no mayo , cheese bacon. Plain With a side of 12 piece chicken fries. I don’t think I will go here anymore because it’s the second time they messed up my order. Burger was old too , wasn’t impressed at all. Please
Wow very poor hours, almost never open. Nearly every other Burger King in the city is open 24 hours. What's the deal? If they're cutting costs on hours (not even opening until 10:30am even though they have a breakfast menu???) I wonder where else they're cutting costs...
I recently visited this Burger King and noticed that there were three girls on shift. To be fair, only one of them (girl with contact glasses) seemed to really be putting in the effort—she was running around making orders, checking on, and making sure things were moving along. Also she do brooming and maintain cleaniness. The other two didn’t appear nearly as engaged. Are they not getting their pay on time? I do want to acknowledge the hardworking girl, though—she truly stood out. You could see she was trying her best to keep things running smoothly even though it looked like she had more on her shoulders than she should. Overall, the service felt uneven, but I hope management takes note and gives that one dedicated worker the help she needs. With better teamwork, the customer experience here could be so much stronger.
I ordered a whopper with no mayonnaise, no pickles , no tomato. They got the no tomato no pickles right, but the mayonnaise they put it on there then wiped it off. That’s disgusting. They shouldn’t do that to people. A person could be allergic. I don’t care if it costs money. Don’t mess up on orders. I have an allergy to eggs. They contaminated my burger.
I went there at 1020 am. To get a breakfast sandwich. Stood there for 5 mins and they told me they open at 1030. When nobody was doing anything and they looked ready to go. I waited until 1030 to be told breakfast is over and this location is no longer serving breakfast Management come on, get a sign on the counter saying that you no longer serve breakfast I would have happily got Tim Hortons. Why is your menu show breakfast items when you can’t order them? How can you make this right Possibly a free burger for lunch or something I will change my review of something is done. Horrible service. At least the guy that works made me a breakfast still. I had to argue with him though.
I Visited BK Jan 10th and ordered 1-whopper meal, kids 6-piece nugget meal, and 9-piece chicken fries. The food was awful. The whopper burger was over cooked and 30% of it was burnt. Fries cold and stale. The chicken fries obviously sitting for hours. Overall poor quality food served here. The franchisee of this location should spend more time on site and observe the quality of food that is sold to customers. Unacceptable!
