I have eaten here a few times when it was not busy and the food was great but a bit overpriced. On my last visit it was actually busy and was told the wait would be about 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I received my order and the burgers were barely even warm, looked like they sat on the counter for 10 minutes. I went to the cash and was told they could remake them but I would have to wait. I said I would just like a refund and the employee was very rude about it, no apology and tossed the bag of food across the kitchen into a garbage can in front of the other employees and customers. At $35 for 2 burgers and 2 milkshakes I expect the food to at least be warm. Probably won't return after this as there are many other great burger places in Hamilton.

Place was clean, food was good, staff where very nice and attentive. The only problem is that I don't know about the price of the food. For a burger, fried and can or pop it'll run you around $14. Now I can go to a place like burger barn and get a burger that's much better, for that price and only have to pay $2 more for a refillable fountain pop. And I can go to Wendy's and get a slightly less quality, but in some instances better tasting burger for $8-$11. Again with a refillable pop. This leaves burger priest, in a unfortunately bad spot Caught in the middle.

Tried it many times. My first inclination was that the burger was too small. Well let me tell you, their burgers pack a huge punch flavour wise. It's fast food done right. Not much more money than the conglomerate chains. But worth every penny more. Flavour Town. Must try!

I would recommend the Burger's Priest. It is a tasty burger and made fresh. None of this burger in a box kind of place. And in the current hip Burger economy, I'd say it's reasonably priced. If you're feeling hungry get a double, as a single is a little on the small side. The service always seems friendly.Enjoy your blessed Burger!

First time stopping in today. The burgers and fries are very, very tasty. Good homemade chuck, great cheese and toppings. Plus the special burger sauce was a delicious addition. My only nit-picks are small quality of life things, such as having to ask for napkins from behind the counter, or walking a dripping burger wrapper all the way to the front door to the only garbage receptacle. Small things overall. Also having 1 tray per person would be nice, don't need a plate, just something for my garbage/burger mess. Regardless, overall experience was very positive. Will be returning to try some more creations. Good job!
