The food is good, but the service is terrible. The woman serving is very rude and makes faces when we order. I hope this review helps them replace staff who don't seem to want to work.
I’ve ordered from this Philthy Philly’s many times over the past few years and it used to be great, especially the poutine. Ever since the new owners took over a few months ago, the quality has really dropped. They’ve been super stingy with the cheese on the poutine… it’s basically fries with gravy and a sprinkle of cheese now, not what you expect for the price. Really disappointed because this used to be one of my go-to spots, but I don’t feel like I’m getting my money’s worth anymore
I’ve been driving by every week for the last four months and finally stopped in. I got a chicken Philly and it was fantastic! I will 100% be back and dragging the office with me!
Ordered from here tonight from a delivery service, I was super hungry and on the delivery app they had a buy 1 get 1 free offer for the Bronx Cheese sandwich, I will post the Picture on the app that got me to purchase this and I was like wow I'm gonna get 2 so no fries cause I will be too full off the sandwich. Waited close to an hour for the sandwiches. When I unwrapped the sandwiches the wrapper was shaped like a wrap I was confused cause the Picture on the app looks like a burger? So I got too skinny 6 inch buns with about 2 tablespoons of ground beef on them and not alot of cheese, didn't really even have a good taste like I still cant even say wow that sauce? Ground beef? Or even the cheese tasted good cause I couldn't taste anything very bland...the sandwiches where sooo scrawny I couldn't believe I just spent $30 for them plus gave the delivery guy a $8 tip. Still hungry after eating, it was cold, cheese wasnt even melted. I'm definitely disappointed and dissatisfied with my order.
I don't usually review places poorly but this place sucked bad. soggy food, no atmosphere at all, service was ok. Nothing against the people working there but they clearly don't care about what they're making. The food was nasty and I am pretty sure made me sick for a couple days after. will not return
Ordered a philly cheesesteak & wasn't too impressed for the cost of the sandwich. Cheap bun & the sauce tasted overly sugary. Better off going to meltwich for a cheesesteak.
The food was gross!!! It did not meet the standards of most other locations I've been to in Toronto. Instead of nice crunchy chicken. They had cheap flat breaded chicken patties. And they put 2 patties in 1 sandwich to try to make it crunchier, but it just made it that much worse.
