I had a wonderful experience at Hakka Nation. The food was amazing, but the service was truly outstanding. The hostess, Gurleen, took exceptional care of me from the moment I walked in. She was warm, attentive, and very professional. Her kindness and hospitality made my visit special. Thank you, Gurleen, for the amazing service!
⭐️I wish I could give 0⭐️ Absolutely Disgusting Experience- Staff Took Advantage of Our Politeness I don't even know where to begin. This was hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the attitude of the server was downright disgusting. Instead of welcoming us, she forced us to sit together just so she could automatically add a 10% gratuity — which, believe me, they never came close to deserving. When we politely questioned it, she got defensive and rude, acting as if we were the problem. She refused to even give us her name, which says a lot about the kind of "service" she was providing. It was painfully clear she thought she could take advantage of our politeness and push us around. The whole experience felt manipulative, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Restaurants like this are the reason people hesitate to dine out. If you value respect, fairness, or even basic decency, stay far away from this place. There are plenty of restaurants that actually appreciate their customers — this one clearly doesn't. Summary: • Rude and unprofessional service • Server refused to give her name • Forced seating arrangement just to charge gratuity • Took advantage of polite customers • Absolutely not worth your money or time Final verdict: ?Never Ever Again❌
I hate to do this but I was a little upset the very first time I had hakka I fell in love.. the chicken lollipops were a fave! I love chillie chicken with rice ... I loved everything! Then lastnight I ordered the Singapore noodle with chicken. As soon as I opened it you could see noodles... literally just noodles... I picked out a few pieces of chicken and veggies to mix into the portion of noodles I took. There was maybe at most 2/3 a cup of veggie/chicken. Out of that whole container... it was not mixed into the noodles which makes me believe a small portion of meat n veggie got put in the bottom...covered by noodles then a little few pieces of veggies and chicken were put in. I do not even think I had a one cup portion of chicken in my container. This was alllll noodles so I spent 15.99 on noodles and a few veggies and chicken sprinkled I know what it's supposed to be like this was a rip off... or someone else was filling in... I don't know the portion of noodles to meat and veggie ratio was terrible. Lots of noodles.. so little of the veggies and meat story fry. This was not together I'm totally in the belief that it's seperate and never fully fried together.. chicken wasn't fresh iether. Def was in fridge over night. The only thing fresh was the noodles which are the cheapest part of this fish. Singapore noodles is supposed to be fried together and more equal portions noodles to meat and veggies... I had to pick it out to add to my dish cause all I did grab was noodles. I was also dissapointed in flavour since it's supposed to be rich and flavourful. I was do dissapointed I added salt... more hot chillies sauce.. it lacked alot... I never experienced this before this. Lastnight...no good.
