Checked out this Galitos with my husband today and it was fantastic! The staff was super nice and made sure our food was made with perfection. We got the whole chicken with rice, potatoes, and fries - everything was hot and fresh. Especially admired that the owner checked in with everyone time to time to make sure everything is going well. You can tell he cares. Will def recommend and come back. Thank you!
Best tasting and freshest chicken in Ancaster. It's evident that every order is made fresh, the taste is a welcoming and delicious change, and Greg is a great guy - he never disappoints. A local gem. Owners are nice people as well.
This was horrible food, the chicken was slimy, the potatoes were super mid and the salad was half rotten. Would NOT recommend. So disappointing since this place had such a high rating.
Me and my wife had dinner there tonight and owner was so nice and helpful with the menu. The food was amazing and the prices were great! We got the whole chicken combo and could not come close to making a dent in the amount we got! Definitely will be back because the chicken is flavourful and cooked to perfection.
If you’re planning a trip to South Africa or Mozambique (or both), you should definitely try this place, to get a taste of African food. I had the chicken strips on top of fries. The spice level was just right for me, and the food was very tasty.
Best halal flame grilled burgers. I usually get delivery but this time we were on the road and dropped in. The place was clean and staff was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. My hubby had the hamburger with 2 patties and I had the chicken wrap with Caesar salad. My wrap was flame grilled which was delish. Nice to have Canadian food that’s halal.
Try this place if you enjoy "well done" chicken. See picture. The worker tried to hide the burnt chicken by flipping it all over on the serving plate. Complained about it, and I just got a shrug. "It's only a little burnt."
