I have recently enjoyed a breakfast-meeting at the Chagall's Restaurant at the Sheraton Hamilton Hotel with my long-time colleague and friend, Joan M. MacDonald, LL.B. We have shared business and friendship for over 40 years across several hotels in Ontario and experiences. The atmosphere was welcoming, and perfect for a professional yet relax conversation. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the service provided by Cindy was exceptional, attentive and friendly, highly recommended Chagall's Restaurant for both business meeting or dining. Stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed my experiences at this restaurant. I absolutely loved the Cobb salad - but the service was what really made it special. Our server Kelly was absolutely wonderful - we had her a few times and her service and warm, welcoming demeanor were everything.
Gord was excellent made you feel very welcome and Scarlet was so friendly and helpful. Dinner was served on a hot plate and very delicious and presentation of the desert was artful. Thank you. Also the coffee was hot and very good.
Our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner here on Sunday. We were a party of 11 and our Waiter was excellent. Everyone seemed to have ordered different food and all meals came out together. Another great meal here.
We reserved a table for a big group few days before arrival , but the place was very disorganised, table wasn't ready. It took 30 min. to arrange table. We waited for the food more then hour, very slow waitress, slow service. Not recommended for a big group.
Early morning meeting had time for some breakfast. Server was outstanding and very helpful. Coffee was good, food was delicious. I would definitely return. Thank you
While staying at the Sheraton on business I ate in the restaurant several times and each time was a great experience. Super friendly staff and awesome food. Definitely recommend and cannot wait to go back? ****Edit So disappointed !!! I returned to Chagalis on a business trip and was told they changed the menu. All the great options were replaced. Big mistake !!! I tired eating their twice for dinner. Not impressed and for the price, will not return. I never understand when restaurants have something good they want to change it. Even the staff told me they were shocked their removed the popular items. I'm changing my review and not impressed.
