Lovely little gem of a restaurant. The staff made the extra effort to seat us asap after a large private party was finished. Our server Luana was friendly and attentive. The bruschetta was excellent.Thanks Luana for a lovely evening.
This place was absolutely incredible. We had Amber as our server and not only was the service beyond amazing but the food completely exceeded our expectations. The portion sizes were massive, the quality was extrodinary and the experience was one of a kind. My boyfriend and I will be going out of our way to bring our friends here the next time we visit Ontario. We decided against going downtown Hamilton due to horrible weather and sheer convenience as we stayed in the joining Hotel. Best decision ever! Can't wait to come back, Amber made it one of our top 5 favourite restaurants we have ever been to.
Amazing food and exceptional service. Our server Luana was fantastic, enthusiastic, and extremely kind and helpful. One of my favourite restaurants! They also have options for people with peanut/tree nut allergies. Awesome place!
By far the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to. Fresh food. Great ingredients. And that wood burning oven is just a treat! Well done guys!
This was the first time we've been to Baci and we'll keep coming back! The aura was wonderful, the food amazing, and our server Amber was best in class!! If you go you must try the Stromboli for starters. It is simply divine!
