The pizza wasn't to bad but the wings were barely cooked skin felt raw and very very light in color first time ordering from here and will be my last can't get through to the store directly and over the phone they are offering a credit for my next purchase for the wings and the missing dip. However there will not be any future purchases
Ordered a Titan pizza and two order mushroom bruschetta (I think it was supposed to be). Pizza appeared to be stuck in the oven door (crust was flattened on one end). Pizza was under cooked and lacking flavor. Burlington location take much more car making pizza and taste is way better. Someone from head office should look into this location. Terrible
First of all they have a deal online that says daily special walk in large pizza one topping and when we asked to order it they were all extremely confused and said it wouldnt work and we needed to call the phone number and order for pick up. This was already an inconvenience.. then to top it off, I ordered the pizza with light sauce and he must have read it wrong and put extra because that was the most sauce I have ever seen on a pizza in my life even my friends didn’t like it and said it was way too saucy and we didnt even finish it. I had to call the toppers customer service to get a credit for a free pizza in the future. Also the location is so small you cant be in there if other people are or you are bumping in to them and saying sorry the whole time.
For 2025 please get a new pizza cook, or pay for whoever is making pizzas to get their eyes checked everytime I order a pizza from here it’s wrong, 4th time in a row now will not order again
Underwhelmed by our XL Chicken Caesar pizza. There was one small piece of chicken per slice, no parmesan as per the description, and we had requested added herb & garlic seasoning and it was not included.
If you really want toppers go to Burlington, it has been three years since my grievances with this place (see below paragraphs) so I tried them again to see if anything changed. NOT impressed. This location never has its signature toppings. Aside from Toppers making their pizzas smaller, this loction is further cutting corners by not using garlic butter crusts AND use about extreamly small amounts of toppings on a large pizza. Missing toppings burnt potato skins... like how do you burn them and not remake them....? 0 quality control. This location has STILL not apologized for their treatment of my food or me as a customer. Do not order from this location if you want assuring that your food will be 1, not burnt or 2 guaranteed to be made right. This location burned my food so I complained. The shift manager said that I was right explained the situation and offered me a credit to my next order. Sounds good right? Wrong. No credit was applied I visited twice after that told no credit was applied to my number and each time I had to pay in full again. Although the quality improved. I never was satisfied to my guarantee or credit. They used the credit to squeeze as much money out of me before I stopped coming. I suggest staying away from this toppers. I'm done and so should you be customers deserve at least a quality guarantee especially for a location with only takeout.
This location has amazing tasting food, having said that they are often under staffed and miss online orders both times i ordered online my order was missed so definitely call to follow up on online orders or be prepared to wait awhile or come back so call ahead save the trip the staff that dose work there are super sweet and hard working. So even with the few hiccups the staff and taste of their food makes up for it..
