Updating my review. I started calling at 11:35 pm tonight and there was no answer. I continued to call on both the delivery and pick up lines and no one answered until 11:55. He immediately told me it was too late and he wouldn’t be making the pizza, after ignoring my calls since 11:35. He did this once before. I had called and he didn’t answer for about 15-20 min to close and then claimed it was too late. This is ridiculous man. You’re open to 12, you don’t stop taking orders at 11:35.. because it’s not convenient. It’s the same staff member there doing this ever time .. a small, dark skinned guy.. tiny.. I don’t know his name but his AWFUL. He’s pulled this stunt off repeatedly and in three occasions he’s failed to cut my pizza.. I picked it up, took it home and it wasn’t cut.. I had to tear it apart.. I’m done with this place! After being a regular and loyal customer for six months, I’m sick of the UN cut pizza and unanswered calls when I try and order and the employee I mention is terrible! Doesn’t take calls for orders past 11:30, doesn’t cut pizza into slices and the s just rude in general. I’m done, guys.
So when u go inside it looks a little weird but the pizza is sooooooo good like u need to try it free sgd the guys are nice and a slice is only $2 like wow
Went to get dinner and they dropped the tongs and picked them up and used them to remove my food from the oven yelled at the worker and he refused to changed the tongs we demanded our money back. Should hired people who care about health and safety of customers. Watch the videos for more proof. Never going back there again. Poor customer service and training.
I order from queens pizza all the time. Same order each time. I order online and usually get my order from the location on Main Street east. Fantastic each time. Twice I’ve ordered from this location on king street east and both times my orders been wrong and food has been sub par at best.
Ordered two pizzas, wings and garlic bread. The pizza as best was very averag. The wings were overcooked and not eatable, went right in the trash. I am being nice giving 3 stars.
I ordered onion rings and was very disappointed. They were burnt looking almost as if they were cooked then refried. Their is a couple places besides here that will get my business which sucks as queen pizza is close by.
Their ok their food is getting better I have 2 things that I get a lot of time witch is a shawarma poutine as well as jalapeno poppers and they're really good
