Speedy Auto on Fennell is the only place I have ever taken my cars! All the guys there do such an incredible job and have helped me so much. Going there I love the experiences ive had and i really love how i am taken care of. I also really appreciate how each and every one of them will take their time to explain everything to me so I can fully understand whats going on. I know nothing about cars and they make the process so much easier on me and everyone has such a friendly attitude!
I will not let anyone touch my vehicle besides the workers here. They have always done the work to my vehicle and have been amazing with keeping me updated on issues. And always call before having to do anything even if it need immediate attention. #1 in my books
I’ve never had an issue with speedy until recently when I came to get my tires changed and for them to take a look at my blower motor. I came in dropped my car off waited an hour to get a call saying that I’m going to need 4 brand new tires and I had asked if I could just get them thru this winter they said no after I went to several people and places and they told me that they should’ve put them on no questions asked. Now with the blower motor they had told me it would cost 900$ for parts and labor with labour taking 4 hours I bought the blower motor for just under 150 and it took me under 5 minutes to take out the old one and replace the new one. This place is a joke . I feel like they look at me as if I am vulnerable and naive and taking advantage of the fact I am younger man who isn’t the best with cars
I went in with no appointment because I was told I needed brake pads by another place. Turned out I needed tie rods - big difference. They were so accommodating. Fixed my car very quickly and were so amazing! Took me and showed me what needed to replaced and explained how it worked. Would 100% recommend this shop. I will definitely use them in the future!

This was my first time at this Speedy auto service. I called Friday and booked an appointment for Monday. They were able to get me in no problem. I needed brakes and shocks. The gentleman at the counter showed me some options of shocks that works best for my jeep. I was able to leave it with them. They had it fixed up in a reasonable time. Very friendly staff. Told me about the warranty. I highly recommend this Speedy auto service. Job well done. Thank you. You have a new customer.
