James (the owner) and his colleagues were fantastic to deal with — they took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. Everyone was so kind and professional, and I truly felt taken care of. It’s rare to find a shop that combines excellent service, honesty, and genuine care for their customers. Arrow automotive has given me hope and a new perspective on the service industry as other “highly professional” (VW) auto shops had my mothers car for 9 consecutive days telling me there was no way of fixing the issue because it was extremely tricky and old technology.. Arrow had my mom’s car fixed in only a few hours. Absolutely top notch service, thank you to everyone at Arrow Automotive!
James and the guys and gals are always friendly and attentive and fix the issues. They stand by their warranty and are always done when they say they will be. When I’m stuck I’ve been offered a ride and they never fail to go out of their way to please.
We have used Arrow since they opened and have watched them grow from a 2 bay shop into their current 4 bay and wouldn’t take our 4 cars anywhere else. James and his team are wonderful to work with, trustworthy, knowledgeable and have gone over and above to service our needs. Highly recommended!
I just had my vehicle fixed at Arrow for the first time. I was very impressed with the communication and the customer service I received. They took the time to fully explain the issues with my car and the work that needed to be done. The electronic quote and invoice process made it super easy to look everything over and the lock box for drop off and pick up of my car was very convenient. I will certainly bring my vehicle back.
Outstanding as usual. Staff are terrific and James is an awesome boss. We shall always take our vehicles to Arrow. Recent urgent brake issue fixed and as always the service is beyond belief.
