Emad is fantastic with his detailed work and expertise in the auto world. He is certified and I crossed paths with him through an extended warranty on my used vehicle. What makes Emad stand out to me is - once repaired what was once faulty, he will showed me the problem with the old part and why it wasn’t functional. Example air pump or even tire wear. This is my guy to go to as finding an honest hard working individual in the mechanic world can be tough. Highly recommend this shop for your car needs. Thank you Emad and your team. No disrespect but I had a tire problem I needed to take care of tonight checked if any shops were open come to my surprise Q&P open 24 hours make one of my friends to drive 25 mins to get there to find out it’s closed. If you put 24 hours at least stay true to it not even any phone calls were answered
*Exercise caution at this shop* This mechanic “forgot” to do work which had been paid for. Brought a vehicle in on Jan 27th 2024 to get certified. Was told how much to fix issues to pass. Paid and picked up vehicle. Heard noises while driving home. got home, inspected vehicle and found an issue that was paid to be fixed but did not get done. Was told that they “forgot” Mechanic said to come back and they did fix it. This lead me to be unsure if ANY of the work I paid for got done. Did not feel confident in this mechanic. Please exercise caution here and make sure the mechanic SHOWS you the work that you paid for got done before you leave. Edit* the shop responded to the review but still failed to show me the other work was done at the time of pick up. The shop also know this is an hour drive for me and want me to come back a 3rd time because they couldn’t do good job the first time? Please exercise caution
