I went to Speedy Auto Service to ask for a quote for my car (2015 Volkswagen Golf TSI) because it has a water pump and A/C leak. They refused to give me any estimate, even after explaining the problem clearly. Very disappointing service — they didn’t even try to help or look at the car. I don’t recommend this location.
I guess I must be a special case. I was forced to use Speedy because they were one of the only shops that would grant the warranty on my vehicle (which I was scammed with). I needed my camshaft replaced, which was a $5,300 job, my warranty only covered $3,500. They ended up replacing the camshaft when really they could have replaced the whole engine for cheaper. Not only that, Speedy only gave me a warranty of 1 year on this job. Pretty much 2 months after the year past I started having problems with the engine again and did what i could to keep it running. 3 years later and the engine is dead.
Very unprofessional that’s my opinion based on the service I got when u take your car there just expect to go back there cause when they fix your car they don’t tell you what’s really wrong with it they fix it in a way that you come back for additional repair that they already know but won’t tell you, and I was suppose to get my window fixed I waited for 1 month and few weeks to find out that they got the wrong part and that the part can only be found in the USA, I took it to another garage #fix it fast auto glass, and they replaced my window in less then 1 hour
Experience is King! My car isn't worth the repairs and I'm looking for a new one but my exhaust broke 2 days before my move. They were able to engineer a fix, had me back to lugging boxes in no time!
Good honest service. Average communication. Recommended to me by my mechanic for exhaust weld repairs that my mechanic could not do. First attempt was successful for a couple years. Generally happy with Speedy Auto and would come back for any issues my mechanic can't address.
I admit I was a bit skeptical, but I am very pleased with the work I had done. Rick and his team did everything I asked him to do and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this service centre.
Husband went here today to get stuff done on his work Truck and loved the service told me that we found our new mechanics shop for our personal cars now. Excellent service!!
