I've never had a problem with this gym. It gets super busy at night but I don't generally go in the evenings. I've never had an issue with broken machines and staff has always been friendly.
The prices for their memberships are pretty great, but their customer service could be way better. Every time I have gone to this location or called in they are not very friendly. No real passion or interest in the people they are serving.
Cheap price, cheap gym. Not enough weights, constantly stuck waiting. Locker rooms are always dirty and the locks on bathroom doors are broken. Much happier at a new gym. Wouldn't go back here if the membership was free.
Terrible gym. You get what you pay for.
Having only giving 3 stars, the ONLY downfall is the changing area and showers; but. The staff at upper James are phenomenal. I had an issue and the manager stepped up to help me out. What a wonderful woman Totally understood the problem and helped rectify it immediately.Thank you.Dave Taylor.
