Great, clean location. Has a women's only section which I always go to but the other section has a large variety of machines/db's/equipment. Large fitness room as well and a cycle room. The staff are all welcoming and very nice no matter what time of day!
I loved this one, little room for your kids , Towel service what else do you need actually no pool lol, but they have everything else! Wasn't very crowded either

Ive been a member for 25 years! The club is reasonably maintained and is clean. Equipment is up to date. Theres a wide range of classes available across a number of levels. Appears to be a good number of well experienced trainers and instructors. Its time GoodLife also features their Canadian talent across the country in addition to Les Mills of New Zealand.
I've been going to this gym since they opened, recently I've noticed that the maintenance of the gym is lacking. Several machines are down. Several benches are under repair. The tanning beds need new bulbs badly ( both the standup and laydown) and literally every fountain is warm water. Time to get off the pocket book guys.
