This gym is absolutely disgusting and dangerous. First of all, you always have this invidual who parks his car next to the fire postage right in the middle of the street! The parking lot front and back needs better cameras for sure, I have been approached by gay men asking for sexual favours and this is just disgusting. Clean and build a bigger washroom. You clearly do not appreciate customer value and never put your money into the business. The equipment here are horrible, broken down and very old. I advise Vira to take care of this gym and invest properly bucause I know everyone there and I know rob was a robber and scammed us for our money and a liar in fact.
UPDATE: I am deducting a star because of poor customer service. I recently needed to call and update my cc information for both my membership and my husband's. They botched the info and I received an email. When called them to clarify and staff spoke to me in very abrupt manner. Rude even. Truthfully this wasn't the first time I'd seen or experienced unprofessional behaviour here... So disappointing. So easy to avoid by simply being polite. I called again 10 days later as my withdrawal info from my credit card looked "creative." I just wanted to make sure our membership's were in good standing. The gentleman acted like helping me was an inconvenience. When I suggested I speak to another staff he said, sure. Hang up and call again. I told him how surprised I was at that statement and could I please have his name? He hung up on me. I've been going to the gym for quite a number of years now. Being a long-time customer and holding onto my price has kept it affordable. It's also very close in proximity to work and home which is good for me. So convenience factors into my rating. I don't think it's the "perfect gym" by any stretch of the imagination. A lot of the equipment could probably be updated. One beef I have is the number of people taking videos of themselves and photographs without any consideration for who is around them. I'm not interested in being in background of your little Instagram posting. Perhaps there should be a policy made where there is more respect in this regard. On the upside they have good hours of operation and the place is usually pretty clean. However on the weekends it's very often difficult to find paper towels.
I took 3 sessions personal training in here. I highly recommend Cory to someone who wants get personal training. He is zestful, patient and professional personal trainer!! I really enjoy his class, and never get bored. I only took 3 sessions because my personal reason. Cory gives me a list and a lot of details about the future workout plan. He is great! and if you want to take the personal training, I recommend Cory to you.
Update.... this past month I had my credit card compromised and had to have a new one to replace it. The first call I made was to GoodLife Fitness to make sure they have my new credit card information and I did not get an NSF . This company has probably the worst customer service of any gym I have ever been a member of . When you call or ask any kind of a question you are consistently given some rude employee who doesn't really care about you or their job it seems. If it was not for the fact this is an ideal location for me I would 100% fire these guys and of course I would never recommend them to anybody and if you're reading this review please try and find yourself a gym where they care about you and the money you're spending. Good location but can be too busy at times. I also hate how when you are trying to work out and some idiot starts taking videos of themselves to post online like anyone cares. If you have to do this then you should make sure no one else is in your shot. I don't want to be in your video that you are posting online that no one watches.
