Great experience to attend classes at CrossFit Opus. The facility is first class, supper clean, climate controlled, floor size., equipment and coaching.
CrossFit Opus is an amazing community that I have had the privilege to be a part of since its conception. I am a trainer with the gym and I workout as well. Our gym is inclusive to everyone's needs, regardless of age or skill you will always be provided with safe and effective movements that challenge your personal skills and abilities. I have grown so much both personally and professionally under Denise's guidance. I love seeing new faces at our facility and to see our community grow. Hope to see you soon :)
