Nice no frills gym.. Had a 2 1/2 hour wait in Hamilton and opted to use my all locations privilege.. Equipment was well maintained . Gym and change rooms were clean..
It's nothing like world gym. They have a sauna but they don't ever plan on opening it.
If your looking for a good place to work out that's cheap this is the best bang for your buck in hamilton. They have lots of new machines here and a decent selection in weights. Customer service is pretty friendly and knowledgeable. How ever it can get pretty busy during the week here especially Monday and Tuesday.Change rooms/showers have been renovated! They're alot better now.They do have stand up tanning and 2 water jet massage beds.No sauna unfortunately..Other Then that if your looking to work out it has everything you need. But if your looking to get pampered and have a larger selection of activities. I would check out another place.
Great staff and very good equipment. Easier to go in the morning before 6pm. After that time gets very busy and packed and hard to get equipment
I had a terrible experience with this gym. They literally steal your money with unexpected "commissions". They charged me 75$ extra just for a few days of delayed payment. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. I have to say that the people working here is friendly and polite, but the company is not fair at all with customers
