I like the members and equipment and staff. The people are pretty friendly and the equipment is good quality. Unfortunately the facilities are not maintained well which is sad because the roof leaks in many places and water fountains are often not working or lights don't work, floor is bubbling up, treadmills break down and don't get repaired etc. If they invested in repairs it would be a much better place. On the other hand it is cheaper than some other gyms.
The stone church facility used to be an enjoyable place to work out. Lately though its quality has severely dropped off. Several of the machines need to be repaired, more treadmills are broken than functional. And worst of all the staff seems to have a serious issue with showing up on time on the weekends to open the doors. Currently standing outside the doors that should have been opened a half hour ago
I like this gym for the people who work there and the environment. Have been a member here for over two years and loving it so far! Just wish the ceiling over the bench press area was fixed. Had a drop of water fall in my mouth while doing bench press. No biggie though!
I cancelled my account and I paid my fees, and they took money out of my bank after 3 business days, I went in the next day and told me they made an error and I will get my money back, it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my money. Very shady.Update:so I got paid back on June 4th...... But clearly someone doesent know how to cancel and delete an account because I looked at the bank that the money get debited from and on June 12...... I got another withdrawal........ Wow..... I can't believe this.
Good gym but if you like air conditioning in the summer this isnt the place to workout. Every year it is broken and so hot you can barely breathe after a set even during dead hours. If you like being on the verge of passing out from heat exhaustion during your workout this is the place for you!
