I went there today to fillup my gas and I had to wait 5 min just because the cashier (Deep) was using his phone for chatting and not paying attention on customers. This is soo disrespectful behaviour from customer service representative. Company should do something about these employees.
Pioneer Gas on Rymal Rd Himilton, ON... Most of the employees are great except for a heavy set lady that had on a shirt with a name tag saying George. She was rude/ignorant and had the personality of a walrus. She should be fired or kept in the celar/outside taking or the grass. Way way in the back and never have contact with the public... 2023 & chose the wrong gas station. I should have looked inside before getting gas. The lady with the name tag saying George on it was there again. Nasty attitude and shaking her head at every customer as if we're inconveniening her by getting our gas. Horrible people skills and I would fire her if I could. Hopefully she goes in the back enywhere out of the publics view.
The guys in the full service are always really nice, even in horrible weather. Had the gentleman with the red beard today freezing outside and he was still super pleasant!
The guy who works the full service gas section needs an attitude adjustment. I really wanted to give you a tip but your dreadful attitude made me keep my toonie......
