PUMP OVER-CHARGED BY SEVERAL LITRES. I drove into the station with less than 1/4 of a 40L tank of gas. I filled the tank (did not overfill), and somehow the pump displayed a total of 40.474L of gas. Hard to know exactly, but best guess is that I was overcharged by about 5-6L. Called customer service number, was given a case number. Even after several follow-ups, sill no contact. When following up, was told that I was called but there was no answer. No voicemail was left. I have also emailed customer service with my case number as requested, but no response. BE CAREFUL HERE! PUMPS SEEM TO BE CALIBRATED TO CHARGE YOU FOR MORE THAN YOU'RE GETTING. I've given plenty of time and opportunity for an other explanation (SEVERAL MONTHS), but Pioneer doesn't seem to be able to give me one. Lots of other stations nearby - highly recommend you go there instead. Update - the response to this review was to contact customer service. As stated in my initial review, that has been done by phone and email numerous times with no response. My case number is C1Q0307856. Feel free to follow up accordingly.
Always closed early. I love right around the corner I always try to rush to get here after work and most night they are closed 10-15 minutes before 10. I know the gas station closes at 10 but doesn't that mean close at 10 not shut down and turn off registers and signs at 9:45pm?
Went there for gas as I always did. Credit card was read and point card was not. After filled gas, no receipt printed. Went inside to ask for point to be deposited and was told they could not after filled gas. Come on, can you deposit point before I spent money? what a excuse. The guy also told me that they knew there was a problem with station and they have requested a ticket. Then why didn’t you remind customers of this? Now I have to pay your problem with my point. Is money the only thing you care? Not the customers?
Difficult to review a Gas Station, lol...this location has always responded quickly to getting the gas pump ready for you, seems tidy and clean outside
Husky is s great little gas station. This one is convenient to home and the price seems to drop in the evenings. Of course no service great if you need gas...for your car!
Have stopped using husky stations as I hate prepay ing for gas especially at 9am or 3pm cmon ain't nobody taking off without yall getting license plate numbers
