I recently met with Rocco who was very accommodating since he went online to see if I could get a replacement of my old floor-sample (18-yr old) which no floor-supplier has any longer. That’s what I call “having my back”! There aren’t many suppliers that would do that since there wouldn’t be anything in it for them. That’s what I call customer-support!

Selecting hardwood floors in the middle of a major home renovation could’ve been overwhelming — but Rocco brought so much humour, light, and honesty into the process that it actually became one of the highlights of our project. When I first walked into his store, I was a little unsure of his laid-back style, but it didn’t take long to appreciate his quick wit, charisma, and straightforward approach. He made decision-making fun, practical, and stress-free — and when we came to pick up our order, he was literally singing Italian opera while driving a forklift! It was a moment my partner and I will never forget. Rocco truly stands behind his products, knows his craft inside and out, and has a gift for connecting with people. I’ve already sent several friends his way, and honestly, I’d go back just to share a laugh and enjoy the experience again. Highly recommend Rocco — a great guy, great products, and a refreshingly real approach to customer service.
Rocco explained everything I needed to know about flooring. Thanks to his knowledge I was able to make an informed decision on my flooring choice. After making our purchase, we went through Hardwood Plus for the installation as well and Graham was outstanding. He was very professional and detailed oriented. I would absolutely recommend using Hardwood Plus for your hardwood and vinyl needs.
Rocco at Hardwood Plus was awesome to deal with. My fiancée and I were shopping around for new flooring, and we weren’t sure exactly what to look for. Rocco took the time to sit down with and educate us on what application suits us, while keeping our budget in mind. Going to hardwood plus and dealing with Rocco was very informative, educational, and fun. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We left very excited and confident in our choice, oppose to other flooring stores where we left feeling unsure, and feeling like we had to compromise or settle. 10/10, highly recommend visiting Rocco!!
Terrible experience, waited for about 10 min and it wasn't the wait because I knew there was a customer in the office. So continuing to make my way to the front door while still looking at samples I had someone call out from another room asking if he could help me while still dealing with the original customers there. I told him it was okay I would wait but then he asked me what I needed and still haven't seen him just hearing a voice from another room. I told him I was looking for a box of flooring to match what I had in my hand he said I'll save you some time I can't help you and still to this point hadn't seen him. So I thanked him for his time whomever I was talking to and as I was walking out the door I heard laughing with the customers he was dealing with, which I can't say was towards me but again still very unprofessional if I wanted just a voice with no help then I would have just called. So with being dismissed quickly and having this conversation with an anonymous person I felt which again was unprofessional not only towards me but the customers he was dealing with.. and because of this bad experience they potentially lost out on an additional sale of flooring for an 1100 square foot area I was also working on and looking to buy but never got that far.. Maybe next time take the time to speak to someone face to face especially when they were willing to wait to get the service and professionalism one would expect because there maybe more a person is looking for then just a box of flooring
What can I say about Rocco that hasn’t been said countless times in the previous reviews? This man truly goes out of his way to find you the product you are searching for and goes to no end to find it and to ensure that you’re truly satisfied with it. He’s extremely knowledgeable and very down to earth, and funny as hell. Rocco, thanks for making the experience of picking out flooring fun! I’ll post some photos once our floors are completed.
Worst service ever, too rude... no Customer service, taking advantage of Covid and jacked up the prices....in short Dump head... never visit him and save your time !!
