We recently hired GTA Flooring to install the new HydroGen8 Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring (Cool Haze) throughout our main floor. We also had the company remove the existing bathroom tile and re-tile our bathroom. We met Mukul the sales representative (best customer service we’ve had in years) in store when we were helping a friend in Stoney Creek decide which product/colour to use for her home. We were very impressed with our friends completed installation that I called Mukul about doing our home in North Bay, Ontario. Mukul provided a clear, itemized quote with no hidden fees with competitive pricing, confirming start date and estimated timeline. Their very talented and clearly skilled installation team arrived on the scheduled days, on time and we always knew what to expect. We were particularly impressed the time spent with the oscillating saw and cutting in under the existing door trim to give a very professional finished look. Just want to say that this was a great place to get my flooring. The store is very clean and lots of parking. And the selection was great. Mukul was amazing to work with and such a nice person. He was always there to answer any questions I had and went out of his way to help me. The people who came to put the flooring in were very professional and did an excellent job with the floor and clean up as well.
