We had an excellent experience with Hardwood Giant. Mohammed was very professional and polite at the showroom. Everything from the quality of the material, customer service and installation went very well. We are very happy with the end result. Of particular note, I would like to thank the installation team for a very professional, prompt and clean job. The price was also very competitive.
SCAM ALERT! Be very careful working with these guys. Especially Mahmoud. He will give you an invoice ask for 90% of of the money to lock you in. Then jack up the price and hold your money hostage. He priced a stairs for me then is driving up the price by almost 40%. I have spent days negotiating a compromise only to have him change again. He is gone on a vacation to India. No one in the store has responsibility, so Im left texting him in the middle of the night. At this point he's again trying to upcharge me. It looks like I'll need to kick them of the sight and get a reputable installer to finish. PS the sales are not real. Those prices are pretty much the correct market value
Highly affordable flooring with customizable designs of your choice. Mudit made the whole process so easy by helping me at every step from picking up the design to finalizing the deal. Fantastic flooring and good quality baseboards. Highly recommended. Mudit was the sales person I spoke with, very knowledgeable and friendly. Ask for him, you won't regret it. I did the installation myself including the baseboards. No more ugly carpet.
Review Update September 2025 Disclaimer - your warranty is useless! We got engineered hardwood installed throughout our home October 2024. Areas in front of both stair landings are bouncy/mushy. After calling and sending emails, no effort made for repairs even, though they guaranteed warranty. Photos and videos attached of their shoddy work. Transition strips are also falling apart. I will have to put the time in to repair myself.
I have only good experience at Stoney Creek location, beginning with Sales consultant Abhishek who went out of his way to educate me about different options and accommodate my schedule. Pricing, delivery and installation were excellent and on time. I highly recommend their services.
