My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting salesman Nick K. We were impressed by Nick, as he was very friendly and informative about the numerous beautiful carpets that are for sale at this location. Nick was insistent on us making sure we were satisfied with the size and colour of the 2 carpets we chose. We were able to take the carpets home before actually paying for them. They completely transformed our living room and hallway as we had hoped. The prices were excellent and we would recommend shopping here to anyone looking to buy a quality carpet. Fantastic place to buy a carpet! Our salesperson, Jim Lazar was patient, knowledgeable and truly interested in ensuring the carpet was right for us. He encouraged us to borrow carpets to try in our home. Neither he nor any of the salespeople are on commission, so no high pressure sales tactics and a very comfortable atmosphere in which to shop.
In October, 2020, we dropped in to Alladin as we were seeking a 3 X 5 carpet for our front hallway. We looked at the various colours and were unsure as to which one to choose. Mr. Lazar suggested that we take one home to see if it was appropriate to our decor. He took our name and phone number and we didn't need to leave any deposit. The carpet was suitable and we paid by credit card by phone (very convenient as we live a distance away). We are very pleased with the service and consultation that we received from Alladin and a special shout-out for Mr. Lazar for his splendid and kind customer service to us.....we was great!
We were looking for an area rug, and had not had much luck elsewhere. I walked into the store and was amazed at the range in price and variety of the stock. This is obviously the place to buy an area rug. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, and there was no pressure. I would highly recommend Alladin to my friends.
My husband and I recently were looking for a clean looking and durable product to finish our basement with. After speaking with Nick at Aladdin 1921 Hamilton, we decided on vinyl luxury plank. We are very satisfied with Nick's customer service, professionalism and recommendation to finish the stair edge with aluminum. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical about the aluminium caps at first, but we are very happy with the finished product. Nick gave us great advice. Thanks Nick!
