Good prices, huge selection, large samples at HDC Hamilton. Installers were hardworking, neat & efficient. Used HDC for entire basement floor installation last spring & returned for entire 1st floor installation this fall. Very happy with both. Would definitely recommend.
I would not recommend. I am only giving a 2 because of the initial sales rep who was great!!!! The manager (Mian) and install crew were disasters. From the initial assessment to the install days they attempted to bait and switch me as they did not do their due diligence and complete a proper assessment of where they were installing the engineered hardwood. They ripped up my carpet up then decided to tell me its an extra 2K for glue. Once it was painfully resolved and the green light was given to proceed, the main installer was great, the other 2 people he had with him literally looked like they have never did a day's worth of manual labor in their life, they were incompetent and held the main installer back, after a 13 hour job (Should have been 6 to 8 max) it was done. Lots of bigger than normal gaps, messy glue spots all over my driveway and a gap that was supposed to be fixed with the warranty but honestly I do not want to have anything to do with this install team while the manager and the team lead of the install team is associated to it.
Purchased vinyl flooring 2 years ago, installed and now have to tear up and toss as flooring is cracking down the middle, peeling on every joint. Absolutely horrible for the price we paid. Not happy with the product and debt we know have to endure to replace 2 year old floors.

I regret buying our Vinyl here and I would advise other people to stay away from them, their policy doesn't make sense and now I know why they made such a useless policy because they dont sell. I bought some vinyl for my living area and passage area but what I choose wasnt what was delivered and I called to change it but I was told they cant accept it anymore, the vinyl made my house to look so horrible and I am not happy with what I purchased, they make you or will I say they force their product on you. Now each time I sight my floor, I get so hangry and I so much regret patronizing them, if I had gone to buy my vinyl in home depot and other big store, they will never force what I dont like on me, this people are only after money and not after customer satisfaction. I will never encourage my worse enemy to patronize them, now I know I have wasted $3k purchasing what I dont like because they wont accept it back and I now have to go and get another flooring somewhere else. If you dont want to deal with headache and hash customer service, avoid them, you will only end up regretting. To even think they dont have varieties of colours and pattern is the worse, save your money and better buy in big stores, I would rather pay more to be satisfied in other big stores.i have never felt this bad before, you can imagine forcing you to buy what you dont like, how would you feel seeing such everyday in your house, you feel horrible right? I wish someone had advised me to avoid them in the first instance, I would have saved my money. Your money is only what they are after, immediately they sell to you, they are not always willing to help. Horrible store!!!
