Bucko gave me a great price along with high-quality vinyl and the contractor they got to do the install, did a fantastic job! He was keen on details, ensured my subfloor was properly screwed down and even before starting the install. Previous squeak is no longer present as an added bonus!
We, unfortunately are in the same boat as other customers. Our floor is now splitting at the seam boards. It looks like the same flooring as the others listed below. We too will have to replace all our floors again. I was happy with them until this happened. I think it is a defect in the flooring though but not sure. So disappointed. :(
Please look for flooring elsewhere, atleast laminate flooring. My laminate floor started cracking and falling apart in less than 16months from when it was installed. My experience contacting them was terrible, For months there never was a follow up. Bad customer experience. The floor was NOT installed on slopey basement floor but on a flat mainfloor substrate, yet they still fell apart. Yes, they are that bad. Just looking at other reviews now and it looks like the complaints are mostly consistent. I am bitter about the cost for the fixes, but I will be doing it right this time with a different supplier.
? Avoid this business. I made the mistake of paying in advance over $4000 for kitchen renovation… 6 months have passed … many promises … NO WORK DONE! Owner is dodging me and won’t respond to my request for a refund. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!Any ideas to help me resolve this situation?
Had an amazing experience with Buckoo flooring. Great customer service, I was in and out in no time without wasting anytime they were able to get my order ready before I even got to their location. It was my first time experience with them and without any complaints I got what I wanted as I was in a rush too. I would recommend them to anyone who needs flooring material without a second thought with decent prices as well.
Bad service . Dont deliver product on time. We were half way through our flooring and they had promised to deliver flooring with extra charge and never came.
It was our first time ordering all of our flooring products from Bucko Flooring. The Vinyl, Laminate & Tiles were such great products in both the quality and its appearance. Not to mention such great prices they offer with many sections to choose from. We were not dissatisfied one bit. The service that came along with the experience here was amazing. The owners are so helpful, kind and will go out of their way to satisfy you. They are also very knowledgable in what they do.
