Very poor drivers. Unprofessional. This driver is aggressive and almost caused an accident on the highway just now. Unsafe. Avoid at all costs if you want to keep your car.
I would give zero stars if I could. This service provider is extremely unprofessional and may cause damage to your car. To save your time and money, I strongly recommend avoiding them altogether.
When our car had to be towed away after a no-fault accident, Don and Adam from Sector One Towing were fantastic. They took good care of our car and communicated with us so we didn't worry. It was an excellent customer service experience that came from an unfortunate situation.
The owner did not admit that they scraped our car and threatened us to leave. After we found out, they refused to show the video before the trailer took the action once again.
Terrible experience and owner. My car was obviously scratched by the workers but they still do not admit with bad attitude. Forcing us to leave or keeping us inside and charging more. Although it is extremely obvious that they was no scratches, they still said it was not done by them. They took the photos for every scratches in my car before they moved it, and the new one was not included. When we wanted to look and take the phot about the video they shoot for our car before they move my car, they were afraid and stoped showing us. We do not know how to protect ourselves, and can only leave. We paid a weigh expensive bill to exchange a clear scratch.
